Radiology Appointment

I am amazed at (what feels like) each appointment, and today was no different. Today I drove down to UIHC for an appointment w/ Radiology. Why? Because they are putting ink die into the boob so the surgeon tomorrow can easily find the first lymph node to remove during surgery. Isn’t that interesting?

Pathologists will be able to detect quickly if cancer is in the first removed lymph node and if more needs to be removed.
